A Note from Miss Kristina:
In teaching voice and acting, I share my experience and knowledge to help you reach your performing goals. I give you the tools and opportunity to experience what music means to you, and encourage you to find your unique voice. Technique, musicianship, presentation and confidence are important areas of focus, both in my craft and in my teaching. It is important that you are having fun, while learning to be a self-sufficient artist. We will focus on breathing, posture, tone quality, music theory fundamentals, stage presence, characterization, and putting it together!
We all come to music from different paths, but one thing is constant: Music is powerful! It can heal, inspire, empower, make us happy, make us cry, and it can just be fun. We are all unique, and I tailor my teaching to my student’s needs and to helping them achieve their goals. I strive to empower my students as artists and help them navigate their own musical journey.
We begin with a functional foundation so you can healthily sing anything you want!!! Vocal styles range from classical to musical theatre, and jazz to pop/rock.
